News from the Board of Directors
The YAA held its annual meeting on Thursday, June 16th, 2011 at the Rowe School. For several BOD members, this afforded them the opportunity to view the new Rowe School for the first time, and some shared stories about their years at the Brick Schools and the old Rowe.
At the meeting, LIz Reed '00 and Jeremy Naiden '03 were elected to three year terms on the Board. Brit Vitalius '91 and Jenny Davis Prinn '88 were reelected for a second three year term.
Ed Ainsworth '64 and Leigh Semonite Palmer '74 retired from the Board. Each were founding members of the Alumni Association, and stepped up to be officers when asked. Ed was Treasurer for his first five years on the Board, and Leigh served as Secretary for four years, and President for two. They will be missed.
